A.Two days for a “Refresh” and two days for a “Colour Change”.
A.That is right – what you see, is what you pay. All materials and prep work included.
A.We use the top grades of paint from every manufacturer, whether it be Dulux, Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore.
A.Remove all wall art and pictures from the wall, empty your closets of personal belongings (if closets are to be painted), and try to move any furniture to the middle of the room, creating a three-foot space around the perimeter of the walls to work with. Don’t worry if you can’t move that heavy couch, we will happily give you a hand.
A.We are happy to help move some of your larger items for you. Please give us a heads up prior to arrival to ensure we have the appropriate workforce to meet your needs. Please note, we do not touch art, valuables or remove any clothing or personal belongings from your closets. We ask any items on the wall be removed prior to our arrival.
A.PMT is fully WSIB compliant and carries $5,000,000 in liability insurance, well above the $2,000,000 industry standard. We are also bonded for good measure ☺.
A.We accept all forms of payment including Cash, Cheque or Credit Card.
A.We use a combination of salaried employees and exclusive to us sub-contractors.
A.Yes, all of our townhouse painting projects come with an industry leading 3 year warranty!
A.Your price includes the highest quality paint from the top manufacturers; however, we are happy to substitute this out for a brand of your choice. Please note, an additional cost may occur.
A.Yes, we will credit you $25 per gallon for paint provided. Please note, if you do provide your own paint, we can no longer honour a warranty, as we cannot be sure of the quality or age of the paint and how it was stored.
A.We require a 20% deposit with the balance due upon completion.
A.We only use paints with VERY low or zero VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds). Smells will be very minimal, if at all. All paints are safe for human interaction.
A.Absolutely – we always use drop sheets in areas of work!
A.Any remaining paint is left with the homeowner for later use as touch up paint. Upon request, we will remove and safely dispose of any left over paint.
